'...professional with a caring, gentle, patient and friendly approach...'
5 stars
When researching online for a professional to look after / work with a loved one you want the best person possible and with Hannah we certainly found that. A true professional with a caring, gentle, patient and friendly approach to her client and their family.
Hannah was constantly in touch with us, asking questions about Caroline, getting to know her which then created a wonderful rapport, and by simply taking the time to get to know her and her disability, Hannah gained Caroline’s trust. Hannah is flexible and accommodating with her working schedule and fed back after all sessions, keeping us updated with Caroline’s progress.
Hannah personally took an interest in Caroline’s care at the care home (unfortunately at the time, lack of care) and was a true advocate for Caroline, for which, as a family, we are forever grateful.
Hannah is truly worthy of the 5 star recommendation.

'...always goes above and beyond...'
Hannah has been an incredible support for my husband after his stroke but also the support she gave the rest of the family and myself has been invaluable. She has always been honest and clear on the recovery journey and what is possible. Hannah is always contactable and always goes above and beyond the role of OT. We can’t thank her enough.

'I would have no hesitation in recommending Hannah...'
I worked with Hannah for 4 months with the aim of improving my cognition and fatigue post the discovery of brain lesions in late 2021.
Hannah has helped me to understand my fatigue and to prioritise activities that may add to my fatigue but give me pleasure and to delegate those that don’t.
She also helped me to understand the impact of my brain lesions and we have worked on improving my memory, attention and understanding why certain tasks prove too difficult for me.
Hannah was always professional, pleasant and diligent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Hannah or in obtain her services again in the future.
'Hannah was very patient and thorough and treated Dad with respect and kindness at all time'
Hannah helped my Dad who is in a care home get out of bed after a long time. Hannah was very patient and thorough and treated Dad with respect and kindness at all times. She checked his wheelchair & posture to make sure it was okay and sourced a table to aid eating in bed. I met Hannah every time she visited Dad and was always professional but friendly. I would highly recommend her and her services.
