Meet Our Physiotherapist & Occupational Therapist
Physiotherapy
Ruth Boycott, Physiotherapist BSc (HONS) M.C.S.P
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2004. I have over 18 years’ experience in the NHS and more recently as an independent physiotherapist.
I have worked in a wide range of specialities including orthopaedics, respiratory, general surgery, amputees, and falls. I have completed many post-graduate studies including masters’ modules in both stroke and spasticity management.
I have always had a passion for really making a difference and helping people in their lives, which is why I found the areas of stroke, neurology and rehabilitation most rewarding. I also have a keen interest in falls prevention and general mobility work, thoroughly enjoying working with both young and older clientelle.
I look forward to using my extensive skills, experience and knowledge to support you with your individual needs.

Hannah Bowden BSc (HONS) M.R.C.O.T
I'm a highly specialist occupational therapist with over 14 years experience working within the NHS and more recently as an independent occupational therapist
My experience spans general medicine, falls, stroke and neurology across a range of different settings. I have specialist skills and knowledge within stroke and neurology covering a range of approaches and interventions to support adults in their rehabilitation journey. My post-graduate training has included courses in cognition, upper limb rehabilitation and seating and positioning.
I take great pride in supporting my clients to reach their potential through listening to their individual needs and setting personalised goals in conjunction with enabling clients to develop skills in self-management. I am able to work closely with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to your recovery and self-management.
